About Villa Maria
Acres of farmland was transformed into the Villa Maria West subdivision in the 1960s. Today, Villa Maria West continues to offer attractive homes that are affordably priced and located just minutes away from the business districts, popular retailers and entertainment hot spots in the greater St. Louis area.
Location
The Villa Maria West subdivision is easily accessible from Interstates 270 and 370.
Directions
From Interstate 270 (I-270), take the MO Bottom Road exit and drive approximately one mile.
From I-370, make a right onto Saint Louis Mills Road then left onto MO Bottom Road for roughly one quarter mile).
Subdivision Dues
The trustees collect subdivision dues of $30 annually. These funds cover the maintanance and insurance costs for the common ground (entrance is on Spring Forest near Tall Tree).
